IC Future, Inc. offers the programs and events for youth to help them with their career development and allows them to build collaborative projects that can change the world. Each program is executed under the guidance of an experienced mentor with advanced knowledge of the youth’s topic of interest.

Here are the programs and events we offer:

– IT conferences designed to create networking opportunities among like-minded peers and provide youth access to the newest ideas and concepts. Attending one of these conferences is an excellent opportunity for both personal and professional growth. By attending presentations, attendees will learn from others and improve their own skills and knowledge about technology. It is important to engage with professionals’ work and ask questions.

– Coding class at a young age is essential in this age of technology. Nowadays, knowing how to code isn’t just for software engineers and developers, youth can learn how to develop a basic website or an app they have an idea for. Or, in certain industries, it can impress the hiring manager—even if it’s not a part of your job. It not only shows that you understand current trends, but also that you might be able to pitch in on bigger projects.

– Meet the Mentors is an event where participants are able to learn directly from professionals who work in their field of interest.

– Cyber Security Jr. Executive Program will be a collaborative program with Raytheon, Cyber Security Managers, and Senior Advisors from the National Cyber Patriot Competiton, hosted by the U.S. Air Force. Students will be trained to form their own Cyber Patriot teams from their high school to compete in the National Cyber Patriot Competition and be ready to challenge themselves to apply for professional security licenses. There will be optional labs and test review sessions for students to prep to apply for professional license such as Microsoft Security Plus and Cisco Security Plus Certification, which will rely on the student’s ability and participation of the program.
